The uniform trends of flight attendants continue to change over the years. The uniforms they use do not play games. Mostly the work of the world’s designers. Not only make sure the flight attendants stay comfortable during the flight, also make their appearance more interesting.

Hainan Airlines steals the attention of aviation and fashion industry with its new uniform. Collaborating with fashion designers, the Chinese airline is able to print new standards in presenting crew uniforms and fashionable flight attendants.

Well Hainan Airlines just managed to make their flight attendants look even better, elevating them to god-like levels of style and beauty. Their new uniforms are simply haute couture works of art that are sure to make other airlines turn their heads and turn green from envy.

Hainan Airlines, together with designer Laurence Xu, collaborated on creating new and improved uniforms for their flight crew. The uniforms were inspired by a traditional Chinese dress “Cheongsam” and are a wonderful blend of modern style and traditional Chinese art. These uniforms were so incredible that it only seems fitting that they were unveiled at the Paris Couture Week.

The Hainan Airlines stewardess uniform will now consist of a gorgeous dress with a Chinese-inspired print, light grey blazers, caps, and a long caped coats. The stewards ended up with a more traditional and classic uniforms, which consist of light grey two piece suits and stylish double breasted overcoats.

Laurence Xu and Hainan Airlines went through 1,000 sketches and tried more than 100 samples before deciding on the final design.

“The cooperation between Hainan Airlines and Laurence Xu is industry leading. We are not only creating a new uniform but also showing the internationalized image of our airline. Especially on international routes, we would like to let passengers know that China is modern and trendy,” said Xu Fei, brand director of Hainan Airlines.
